In the spring of 1789, France is devastated by famine. The French people begin to rise in unrest against the ruling French king Louis XVI. Ronan, a young peasant, leads a revolt marching to Paris, where he encounters Olympe, an assistant governor of the children of Marie-Antoine of Austria. The two fall in love during the tumultuous stirrings of the French revolution , their romance playing out amid encounters with major Revolutionary figures such as Danton, Robespierre or Desmoulins. After they are separated, Ronan and Olympe find each other again on 14 July 1789 in the course of the assault on the Bastille prison— an encounter that seals their destiny even as a new era begins.
Les Prêtres is a musical trio formed in 2010. The members are Churchmen who sing religious and contemporary music. They have released 2 albums: Spiritus Dei in 2010 and Gloria in 2011. It is really successful in France, Belgium and Switzerland. Most of the money earned is going to charity: 50 000 euros went indeed to the Yve Duteil Association and was used to build a school in India.
50 ans avant Jésus Christ. César a soif de conquêtes. A la tête de ses glorieuses légions il décide d'envahir cette île située aux limites du monde connu, ce pays mystérieux appelé Brittania, la Bretagne. La victoire est rapide et totale. Enfin... presque. Un petit village breton parvient à lui résister, mais ses forces faiblissent. Cordelia, la reine des Bretons, décide donc d’envoyer son plus fidèle officier, Jolitorax, chercher de l’aide en Gaule, auprès d’un autre petit village, connu pour son opiniâtre résistance aux Romains… Dans le village gaulois en question, Astérix et Obélix sont déjà bien occupés. Le chef leur a en effet confié son neveu Goudurix, une jeune tête à claques fraîchement débarquée de Lutèce, dont ils sont censés faire un homme. Et c'est loin d'être gagné. Quand Jolitorax arrive pour demander de l'aide, on décide de lui confier un tonneau de potion magique, et de le faire escorter par Astérix et Obélix, mais aussi Goudurix, car ce voyage semble une excellente occasion pour parfaire son éducation. Malheureusement, rien ne va se passer comme prévu...
Julius Caesar lands in Britain, where a small village still holds out bravely against the Roman legions. But the situation becomes critical and the villagers have not got long to live; that's when Jolitorax, one of the villagers seeks volunteers to go seek help from his second-cousin Asterix the Gaul and bring back a barrel of "magic potion" from the Breton village of the indomitable heroes.

Cordelia : Je me demande si nous pourrons résister éternellement.
Jolitorax : Il existe pourtant un village qui a réussi cet exploit.
Astérix : Bon euh Goudurix, c’est le matin, on se lève tôt à la campagne.
Goudurix : Ouai ba moi je viens de Luttèce et là-bas c’est l’heure à laquelle on se couche.

Jolitorax : Enchanté, secouons nous la main !
Obélix : Chouette on va aller en Bretagne, ils ont des Romains tout neufs là-bas.
Obélix à Idéfix : On sera vite revenu tu sais.
Jolitorax : Bienvenu à Londinium.
Goudurix : Bah dis donc on m’avait dis que toutes les bretonnes étaient moches mais alors celle-là elle me plait bien.
Obélix : c’est vrai qu’elle est jolie et sa robe noire lui va vraiment bien. [….] J’ai l’impression que je ne lui plais pas.
Goudurix : Tu veux vraiment lui plaire à Miss machin. Fais-lui un petit cadeau ça fait toujours plaisir.
Jolitorax : Les Gaulois ont débarqué clandestinement avec une arme secrète dans un tonneau.
Cordelia : Exellente nouvelle. N’est-il pas mes chéris ?
Astérix : Oh non mais qu’est-ce que t’as fait là ?
Obélix : Je voulais juste gouter, un petit peu pas beaucoup.
Un soldat romain : Engageons des mercenaires Normands : Ils ont la particularité de ne pas connaitre la peur.
Astérix au bourreau: C’est une bonne situation bourreau ? Non je vous assure que cela m’intéresse vraiment parce qu’on a rarement l’occasion de rencontrer un bourreau dans sa vie et souvent quand ça arrive bah c’est souvent la dernière fois.

Nowaydays singer as Amel Bent, Corneil, Shy'm or Christophe Willem among others pay tribute to Goldman by singing his songs on the album Génération Goldman.
The 2 first single released are: - Envole-moi, sang by M. Pokora and Tal. M. Pokora is a French pop and R'nB'discovered in the French talent reality show "Popstars" in 2001. He started in the band Linkup which sing a duet with the British band Blue: " You and me bubblin" (2004).Later on the band split and he started to sing solo. -Je te donne, sang by Leslie, a French R'n'B singer also discovered on TV in the show" Graine de Stars" in 2001 and the singer of the British band Ivyrise.
The association "Restos du coeur" were created by the comedian Coluche in 1985 in order to provide food to the needy. One year later the assocation was supported by some singers who gathered to raise money for the charity. "Les Enfoirés" were borned.
Today more than 50 artists are part of it. Each year they release an album were they reinterprete french or foreign songs. In January they go on tour around France to offer a wonderful spectacle which warm up the heart of the needy. and to raise money for them.
This year the concerts will be from the 23 to 28 of January and will be broadcast on the French channel TF1.
